From you ont which is your main fios equipment you will need a coax coming from that to a 2 port splitter then one to router and one to vms.

FIOS App is designed for tablet and cell phone devices.So it may not work on FireStick (I don't think it works on AppleTv).Idea I believe is not to give you a STB alternative.
