After receiving message that a DVRd program couuldn't be shown, I did the usual pull the plug, replug with no results. Tried several suggestions from online 'service' to no avail. At one point was on hold nearly an hour--also to no aval.

This AM called again, after 25 min. wait was connected, brief conversation resulted in, "you need a new set top box" --we'll send you one. You will lose everything presently on DVR!
