I have amc but can't stream from amc.com

Hi all,

When I try to stream something from amc.com, it asks me to log in to verify my subscription. I log in and am redirected to a Verizon page telling me that I need to be subscribed to a package that includes amc in order to stream from amc.com. I already have amc and regularly watch it. I've tried from multiple browsers, devices, etc. What should I do?
