They both work fine but just don’t show as “connected” to the VMS.  See screenshots below, first is My Connected devices. Second and third are the system information from one of the boxes.

Try deleting both apps and then only installing one.If still having issues, use the in app support to open a TT.They can be helpful in diagnosing issues.

Did you hit ok after selecting Connected devices?Do you get a map showing all your devices?Have you tried rebooting router and VMS?I assume you are using FIOS Router?

Can't say for sure if you need a new box.Have you tried rebooting router?If you do have to replace the VMS, you will lose all recordings.
