Try deleting both apps and then only installing one.If still having issues, use the in app support to open a TT.They can be helpful in diagnosing issues.

Did you hit ok after selecting Connected devices?Do you get a map showing all your devices?Have you tried rebooting router and VMS?I assume you are using FIOS Router?

Can't say for sure if you need a new box.Have you tried rebooting router?If you do have to replace the VMS, you will lose all recordings.
