I assume you mean using FIOS Remote?For my Samsung, I just keep hitting the A/V button and it moves.It may not work on your TV.

Instead of using the “watch now” feature try using “TV listings” and to the far right check the filters and make sure  “subscribed” and “watch now” are selected. It worked for me

I don't know of an STB function that can shrink screen to corner of TV.Try using TV remote and go in to settings.See if there is a factory reset.Try that first.

It is a difficult question.Because the boxes are not directly exposed to the Internet, there may not be an issue.Certain ports can be opened because they are needed.Does the report give any details?
