Re: TV periodically stops working for 30 minutes then starts up again.

In addition to previous questions, does it happen on all 3?If only 1, try swapping it around to see if problem follows the stb or connection.Check all coax connections to ensure they are tight.

Don’t use the size of the Verizon remote thas affects the vms box not your tv. Go into you tv picture settings with you tv remote and make sure its 16:9 or widescreen. And not zoom or stretch.
