I have a Verizon Motorola HD QIP 7100 1 set top box. When I want to watch a Video on Demand premium channel movie in HD, the picture freezes and pixelates. I exit and try again with watching it in SD. It's watchable but with some pixelation. Would anyone have an idea about fixing this? I've had my STB for some time. My daughter just switched to FIOS and I noticed that her set top box from Verizon was a black box much smaller than what I have. Thank you for your help.
