    You need to understand that this is a peer-to-peer forum.  We do not have access to your set-up, what equipment you have, etc.  If you can tell us some of these things, perhaps someone will come along who can help you:

   What is the model of the new set-top box, the old one, and why did you have it replaced?

   These boxes have available via the Menu  >>> Customer Support, various helpers.  Which of these have you tried. and what happened?

   That's a start  -  the ball's in your court
