Fraudulent charges on my account

I just recently checked my Verizon bill and saw that someone had purchased $186 extra worth of porn on my account, so far I have contacted tech support several times and they have refused to do anything sighting that it was a legitimate purchase. I can't afford to pay the bill. I had On-Demand canceled and disabled my router's wifi but the charges continue. If Verizon does not do something about this I will be canceling my service and switching to Comcast! This is absolutely outrageous!
