This is a trivial Complaint, I know. Had to replace box/Dvr after about 6 years. Dismayed they cheapened it, in my opinion, by not having an a/c plug in the back anymore! Had to go out and buy a 6 outlet pack, move heavy furniture, just to have a place to plug my tv into! I should also point out when I wanted to,order a new remote and said no because of the price, the rep said I would be getting 2 . Well, what you actually get is 1 remote that has 2 device buttons, not even the 4 I was replacing. And I use all four! Way to go Verizon.
