Other than using WatchTV feature or using channel websites of those channels that support it, you can't directly.
There is a device, SlingBox although no longer made, that allows you to view live content remotely.
You can use the FIOS app to stream live channels on Android and Apple devices.
And if you have Quantum DVR, you can also view DVR content.
