I moved to a new location in January and ever since the move I have not been able to rent/buy any movies or even watch free TV show on demand.
Firstly, I spoke with the credit verification center and was told I had the wrong deparment and I should speak with the Usage Dept. I spoke with the usage department and my credit limit is set at $500, so I was then transferred to the customer service group. I spoke with customer service group and was told there was something not set right on my account and that it was taken care of.
I sure would like to watch on demand movies. Could anyone give any insight on what the next step is?
