My remote stopped working after about 2 years. They want me to buy another. I undestand he 3 month warranty is up, but after paying all these taxes and fees every month on top of my price you would think they can waive the fee. Nope. This is ridiculous. I pay 35$ more every month then my bill states in taxes and fees but I cannot get a remote? Plus I am never late, But to hell with the customers.
