I have a new Samsung S7 which was activated 6/4/16. The FIOS Mobile app worked for several days and suddenly asked for a User ID and Password. When entered correctly (ID and PW works on MyVerizon - I'm logged-in right here, now . . .) I get either S2-99 or S2-1022 error messages. I also got redirected to change my PW, which I did 3 times. Rebooted my device and re-installed the App. Also the FIOS Mobile app stopped working on my Galaxy Tab3 Tablet about the same time. Called both VZ Wireless tech support then VZ FIOS tech support. After two hours of fiddling, rebooting, changing passwords, rechecking settings and more fiddling - No solution. FIOS Tech support stated, "This seems to be a system problem. We'll get back to you". Hopefully, a guru here on this forum will discover the glitch in Verizon's system.
