I have the same issue starting on June 11, error code 02-99 on every device, phone, tablet and PC   Can't find any help anywhere from Verizon.

It's busted. Doesn't work on any of my devices... all android. Same error code as everyone else. Phone support was clueless.

Router was the culprit.  Internet access seemed normal, but the router could not handshake with the STB.   Replacing the router resolved this issue.
