I, too, am having the same issue as everyone else. Verizon phone tech have me an email address for mobile app tech to send the info to, which I did with no response. Surprise! Issue ongoing for 3 days now. As much money as we pay Verizon, you would think the mobile app which they constantly advertise would work. Not happy. Does not work on tablet or phone. Used to work fine until the update.
