I am having this same issue. My services were set to begin May 31 and the Internet portion says Completed while the TV services says "Our records indicate that your installation has not been completed. If you feel you need assistance please call 1-800-Verizon." As a result, I am unable to view any TV content on apps or on the FIOs mobile app because it says I am unsubscribed. Please help me to figure out how to mark this order as completed!!
