Error code 9-6-13-202-999
The Fios apps are not helpful. I keep getting the error code 9-6-13-202-999 on my android (Samsung Galaxy 7) when I try to access my DVR to record a show when I am not home. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted the phone. When I select "Need More Help?" I re-sign in and get the same error page. Getting through to a human? Impossible. Help!

verizon is not customer friendly i have no caller id on tv 3/4 picture screen hours wait on phone and internet my three top boxes do not respond to tech support cannot contect them poor support

Fix the **bleep** product.!
NFL network has not been viewable in 6 months!
Like so many other channels the signal does not work. Skips, freezing and no audio or video. **bleep** am I paying FIOS for...**bleep** product.
Can't wait to cancel the entire service when the family moves soon.

Fios STILL pausing randomly. I note that it seems to occur when recording on another channel and was wondering if anyone has looked at this as the cause ??
VIDEO MEDIA SERVER and DVR question
I recently ordered an additional DVR for my house. I was sent a VIDEO MEDIA SERVER. Is this compatible with my DVR's or do I need to send it back?

Have you rebooted router and DVR?
I was having a similar issue (not the same error code but still comms issue).
Rebooted both and connected via home wifi.
Has been good since.

If you have more than one, do you have the same issue on all?
Have you checked coax connections starting at ONT?

Probably not.
I assume you have model 7XXX DVRs.
If so, then VMS will not work on the same network as them.

The past 2 times I have turned my TV on, I have video but no audio. If I reset my set top box, the sound comes back on. Any ideas about a more permanent fix?
Error Message on FIOS TV Android app
When I try to use the Android FIOS TV app, I get this error code:
verizon error code 9-6-14-302-100
How do I fix our, it says I need to subscribe to FIOS TV, but I have FIOS TV Service. It tells me to go to http://Verizon.com/MyVerizon but I don't find any help for me there.

2 questions. 1st, can I access shows that I've saved on my DVR on my computer? Or is only things that I have to pay extra for?
2nd - I called customer support 3 times today and got disconnected every time. But before disconnecting me they said I have to replace "a" DVR in my home within a month and I won't be able to save my programs. What???? I have 3 DVRs. All my shows must be wiped out? That is insane.

I have several Amazon devices including the Fire TV, 4 Firesticks, Cube, and 4 tablets. Why are we not allowed to download the Fios TV app on them when the website says it available on Amazon? I mostly need it on my Fire Sticks
Seach Tiles Missing
the Search Feature is not work properly; the tiles from recent/previous searches usually displayed to the right of the Search Keypad have been erased. This started happening after the most recent update; even new searches are not being retained.
