The only device that can decode these streams is a Playstation 3.  It would be nice if a regular Windows PC could do it, but alas it can not.  Still no way to watch Fios on a Windows PC.

None of the Android emulator supports DVR streaming or stream from Media Server, only stream from Cloud which does not have all of the channels, most importantly SNY so I can watch the Mets.

Unfortunately you can only watch the limited number of channels available from the Fios website.  There is no way to truly watch every channel that you pay for on a PC until Verizon decides to start...
