Actually after live chatting between 2 depts for 30 minutes and 1.5 hours on the phone with someone from Tech (because I refused to be switched back and forth to CS) last night, it turns out Verizon sent me STB's - not DVR's - despite my paying for multi room DVR capability for years. Now I have to bring back the STB's and pick up the new DVR's - they refused to overnight them to me.
I'm researching Optimum & Dish as we speak.
